Firewall

Logging under Turkish Law 5651

Workplaces, hotels, cafés, dormitories and institutions that provide internet access count as "collective-use providers" under Law 5651 and must keep internal IP allocation logs. To prove the logs were not altered they must carry a qualified time stamp; a plain text log file does not meet the requirement.

What is delivered

Network diagram, rule list, VLAN and IP plan, backed-up device configuration, log-server verification report and admin passwords in a password vault that belongs to you. For contract customers rules are reviewed quarterly and the logging system is checked monthly.

Legal opinions and court procedures belong to your lawyer; we provide the technical record and evidence. We are not a reseller of any brand; the product is chosen together, based on network size, budget and spare-part availability.
