Printer compatibility: this software works correctly on printers whose paper width can be set. Thermal tape printers and printers that support a custom width setting fall into this category. Standard A4 printers are not fully supported.

Which printers does it work with?
It works with printers whose paper width can be set. Thermal tape printers and printers with custom width support are suitable. Standard A4 printers are not fully supported.
What happens when the trial ends?
After the 3-day trial the program asks for licence activation. Once you have a licence key you do not need to uninstall and reinstall.
What is the maximum paper size?
There is no limit. 130×550 mm, 130×1000 mm or larger sizes work without problems, up to the maximum your printer supports.
What if I change my computer?
The licence is hardware-bound. A new computer needs a new licence key; please contact support.
Where are my templates stored?
Templates are stored locally on your computer. No internet connection is needed.
Are updates paid?
After buying a licence, all updates are free.
