Definition
Exchange Online is Microsoft's cloud email, calendar and contacts service. It is included in Microsoft 365 plans but can also be licensed on its own: Plan 1 offers a 50 GB mailbox per user, Plan 2 a 100 GB mailbox, an expanding archive and data loss prevention. It does not include the Office apps, Teams or OneDrive; it is enough for staff who only use email.
