Ordering platforms take 13 to 30 percent commission on every order, which adds up to a staff salary a year. The customer is the platform's, not yours: their phone number, address and habits accumulate on the platform. Phone orders tie up staff, notes are taken wrong, addresses are misspelled; nobody can answer "where is the courier". The information gap between kitchen, till and courier means late deliveries and lost orders.
One system, four screens. For customers, a mobile-first website and an iOS/Android app: menu, basket, payment, order tracking, saved addresses, push notifications. For the shop, a Windows POS screen: incoming orders arrive with a sound alert, accept or reject with one click, the receipt prints. For couriers, a web app with nothing to install: scan the QR on the receipt, the shortest round trip is computed with Google Routes, Google Maps navigation starts with one tap, delivery is marked with one touch. For the owner, an admin panel: menu, prices, hours, coupons, statistics and integration settings, all in the browser.
Used every day in the Il Forno di Napoli shops in Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen; the features took shape in the kitchen, not at a desk. GDPR-compliant, runs on shared web hosting (PHP + MySQL); no server, Docker or technical staff needed. Check the live example and write to us for a 20-minute demo.
