Work at plants around Atakum usually starts with a site survey: existing panels, PLCs and field devices are inspected and missing documentation is recovered. Small jobs (a PLC program for one line, an HMI screen, a panel revision) are typically commissioned in one visit; larger jobs (SCADA, line integration, a robot cell) are phased so production does not stop. After commissioning, monitoring and intervention continue remotely and on-site maintenance is scheduled.

Can automation be renewed without stopping production?
In most cases yes. The new system is installed in parallel, the switch is made between shifts or during a planned stop, and a rollback plan is prepared beforehand.
