Definition
A PLC is the industrial computer that controls machines and production lines. It reads signals from sensors and buttons, drives outputs such as motors, valves and pneumatic cylinders according to the logic in its program, and repeats this hundreds of times a second. It is built to withstand the dust, vibration and temperature of a factory and runs for years without interruption. Programs are written in the IEC 61131-3 languages (ladder, structured text, function blocks). The program file and the electrical drawings must belong to the plant; without them a machine failure leaves you dependent on a single company.
Så använder SMB Teknoloji det
We do vendor-neutral PLC programming, panel design and commissioning; program source, drawings and backups are handed to the plant, and existing systems are renewed without losing the old program.
