Definition

Conditional access is a set of security rules that adds conditions beyond the password to signing in to a company account: from which country, on which device and with which app. For example it blocks sign-ins from an unknown country, restricts downloads on unmanaged devices and shuts off legacy, insecure protocols. In Microsoft environments it requires Entra ID P1 (included in Business Premium).

How SMB Teknoloji uses it

We first run the rules in report-only mode and enable them once we see they lock nobody out; a separate break-glass account is kept for emergencies.
